Shomxelliphax provides design and planning services for garden lighting and irrigation systems. These are professional services, not physical products, and are delivered through design documents, plans, and specifications.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services at any time with written notice. Cancellation terms will be specified in individual service agreements. The following general principles apply:

Before Work Commences

If cancellation occurs before design work begins, clients may be entitled to a full refund of any advance payments, subject to any administrative fees specified in the service agreement.

After Work Commences

If cancellation occurs after design work has begun, payment is due for all work completed up to the cancellation date. Refunds, if any, will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed and will be specified in the service agreement.

Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to the terms of individual service agreements. General refund principles:

Upon cancellation, intellectual property rights remain with Shomxelliphax unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Clients retain usage rights for work completed and paid for.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes regarding cancellations or refunds, we encourage direct communication to resolve issues. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled according to the terms specified in the service agreement.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, processing time may vary:

• Refunds to original payment method: 5-10 business days after approval
• Refunds by check: 10-15 business days after approval
• Refunds by wire transfer: 3-5 business days after approval

Refunds will be processed in the same currency and payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any fees charged by payment processors may not be refundable.

Disputes and Appeals

If you disagree with a cancellation or refund decision, you may request a review by submitting a written appeal within 30 days of the decision. Appeals should include:

• Detailed explanation of why you believe the decision should be reconsidered
